Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SE Auto Products! We are committed to getting your high-performance detailing supplies to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the Spring season or after major events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via [UPS/USPS/FedEx].

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at our storefront during our seasonal hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–5pm). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of professional-grade detailing chemicals, some products may be restricted to Ground Shipping only.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain chemical products due to carrier regulations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

SE Auto Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at Support@seautoproducts.com within 48 hours.
