SE Pro is a professional-grade ceramic coating that delivers up to 6 years of protection in a formula engineered for a forgiving, streak-free application. One 55 mL bottle coats a full-size vehicle, bonding to your clear coat as a 9H-hardness ceramic layer that repels water, resists chemicals and UV, and locks in a deep, glass-like gloss.
What sets SE Pro apart is its extended flash time. Most professional coatings flash in seconds and punish hesitation with high spots and streaks. SE Pro gives you a generous 60–240 second working window (depending on temperature), so you can level each panel properly and buff to a flawless finish — professional-grade chemistry without professional-grade stress.

How to Apply
Proper prep determines your result. A ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath it — including swirls and contamination — so don't skip steps 1–3.
- Wash and dry the vehicle completely.
- Decontaminate with an iron remover and clay bar. See our Paint Decontamination Guide and Surface Prep collection.
- Polish if needed. If the paint has swirls or defects, correct them first — our Paint Correction Guide covers the full process.
- Panel wipe with a 50% isopropyl alcohol/water mix to strip polish oils.
- Apply the coating with a sponge or coating block, one panel at a time, in a crosshatch pattern.
- Wait 60–240 seconds for the coating to flash (longer in cooler temps — you'll see a rainbow effect), then buff off with a clean microfiber towel.
- Inspect under bright light for high spots and level them immediately.
- Let it cure: wait 20 minutes before driving, 6 hours before any water exposure, and 3 days for full cure. Avoid washing for the first week.

What You'll Need
Applicator sponge or coating block, 2–3 clean microfiber towels, panel wipe or IPA solution, and a bright inspection light. Maintain the coating with pH-neutral soap and boost it between washes with Showroom Shield Ceramic Spray.
FAQ
Is SE Pro safe for beginners? Yes — the extended flash time is specifically why we chose this formula. It gives first-time users the working window that most professional coatings don't.
How much does one bottle cover? 55 mL covers approximately 110 sq ft ⚠ — enough for one full-size car or truck exterior.
Do I need to polish before coating? If your paint has visible swirls or defects, yes. The coating will lock them in otherwise. Well-maintained or brand-new paint may only need decontamination and a panel wipe.
How do I maintain it? Wash with pH-neutral soap, avoid automatic brush washes, and apply a ceramic booster spray every few months to refresh hydrophobic performance.
